Ingredients:
- 250g spaghetti or linguine
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup fresh cream or milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt, pepper, chilli flakes
- Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil pasta and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and mushrooms.
- Add cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in the pasta. Sprinkle cheese and chilli flakes.
