Chickpea Veggie Stir-Fry – Protein-Packed Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained)

  • ½ red bell pepper (sliced)

  • Broccoli

  • ½ onion (sliced)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

  • Optional: sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion.

  2. Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.

  3. Add chickpeas and soy sauce. Cook for another 3 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve warm.
