Banana Pancakes – Quick 2-Ingredient Breakfast

Only have a banana and an egg? That’s all you need to make these soft and fluffy pancakes—perfect for a simple, healthy breakfast.



Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 egg
  • Optional: ¼ tsp cinnamon, honey, or chopped nuts


Instructions:

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.

  2. Crack in the egg and whisk together.
